Smart Spaces AI is an AI-powered vacation rental platform that writes host listings in minutes, matches travelers with the right stay, and handles smart pricing automatically. Built for hosts who are tired of staring at a blank screen — and travelers who are tired of scrolling forever.
Why I built this
Writing a vacation rental listing is harder than it looks. You need a compelling title, a description that sells without sounding fake, the right price for your market, and photos that don't make your place look like a crime scene. Most hosts wing it — and leave money on the table.
On the traveler side, finding the right place is worse. Filters don't capture "I need fast WiFi and a quiet desk" or "traveling with a toddler who needs a fenced yard." You spend two hours scrolling and still aren't sure.
Smart Spaces AI solves both. Hosts enter an address and a few details — the AI writes the listing, suggests a price, and adjusts automatically with demand. Travelers describe their trip in plain English and get matches that actually fit.
