• Listing Generation: To power the AI listing tool for hosts (property data you enter is sent to our AI provider to generate content).
• Smart Pricing: To analyze demand and suggest optimal nightly rates.
• Platform Operations: To process bookings, send booking confirmations, and provide customer support.

4. AI & Third-Party Services

Our platform uses third-party AI services to generate listing content. Property information you submit may be processed by these services solely to generate your listing. We do not sell your data to AI providers for training purposes. We also use Stripe for payments, Cloudinary for image hosting, and Supabase for our database — each operating under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers required to operate the Platform (payment processors, cloud hosting, AI services) and only for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law.
